Over the last few years, Apple has released the new Iphone in Septmenber. Will the Iphone 6 come out this year? Every year the Apple customers, go crazy when the new phone comes out, but to spend $700 on a phone that will be outdated in a year?
I understand that technology is changing at lightening speed, but is it smart to get a new phone every year?
In Apples eyes, they figure if we make it they will buy it! Maybe what we should, instead of buying the phone every year, buy a few shares of stock. LOL.
Now with the Samsung Galaxy trying to give Apple a run for its money, will this make Apple increase the frequency of coming out with new phones.
From the Iphone 5 to the Iphone 5c, which was 1 year apart release date. The features did not change much. It was a better camera and different color options.
I cannot knock Apple for continuing to release phones if people are going to buy them, because I understand they are in business to make money.
My biggest issue is, if you plan to release a phone; make some worth while changes to help the consumer justify spending $700 a year on a phone! Don’t half ass the design to increase the speed you can push it into the market.
My Message to Apple –
If you release a phone in the coming months, please make it badass!
Here is already a month into a the New Year and some of you might still be looking to lose weight. For the women readers, there is a program called Venus Factor, which is a 12 week fatloss program that was created specifically for women.

There are reasons why your body need the proper requirements of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. Protein is the building blocks of muscle, if you want the “toned” look; then you will want to make sure you eat enough protein. Carbs are a great source of energy and play a vital role in brain function, so if you are on a no carb diet it won’t be long before you start getting delerious. Most people thinks that fats are bad, but saturated fat is bad. Healthy fats a great source of energy and can keep your metabolism in a fat burning state!
At the end of the day, the perfect program will not help you if you do not follow it and educate yourself. If you are reading this, then you have access to the internet and there are some great resources available to you. Be sure to study, don’t be scared to step outside of the status quo and experiment to find what works best for you.
My final thoughts of the Venus Factor, it is a good program and quality content to help women achieve their fatloss goals. You will never reach your goals unless you get up and get active!

The supplement industry as become a multi billion dollar industry, but with all this money floating around these supplement companies tend to get greedy. The pre workout you choose should be based on your goals.

If fat loss is your goal, you want to look for a product that contains green tea extract which has been shown to help speed up the metabolism to enhance weight loss.
